Alex & Lee

Jewelry Artists Alex Maté and Lee Brooks met in 1970 and were work and life partners for 23 years. After Alex’s tragic death in 1992, Lee continued to create beautiful jewelry designs in his ranch home on the Sonoma Coast of California. He has been collaborating with partner Greg Franke for the last decade, heavily utilizing natural, organic, and found objects in his jewelry art.
