Goph Albiz

Upon high school graduation, Goph started an apprenticeship in precision tool making, which influenced his work as a self-taught jewelry artist in the 1960s. After his studio washed away in a landslide, he reinvented himself and his jewelry design, making it totally unique and using modern technology and technique on precious metals. Following years of incredible business success and expansion, Goph made the decision to minimize: reduce the staff creating his jewelry designs and go back to being the sole designer of his exclusive jewelry art. He now lives and creates in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Lorry.
