Michael Sugarman

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Michael started jewelry design in his twenties to supplement his income as a musician. After taking a weekend course with Michael Good in the late 1970s, he was inspired to become a full-time jewelry artist. He currently lives in Sante Fe, New Mexico, and compares the fluid lines and harmony of his jewelery design to playing music scales.
