RETURN POLICIES

  • Items may be exchanged for gallery credit within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchange or credit amount will not include shipping charges. *Exceptions are made to the 10 day exchange policy for holiday gifts. Call 864.233.5900 to discuss this exception*
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and insurance.
  • All returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original receipt and box or pouch.
  • There is a one-year expiration date on gallery credit.
  • Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
  • Custom jewelry or special orders cannot be exchanged or returned for gallery credit.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICIES

  • Insurance is included for all items shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express with a signature required.
  • Customer is responsible for insurance of items shipped via any other shipping method requested by customer and shipping is at their own risk.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • After initial consultation a deposit is required to start production of custom piece.
  • Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
  • Payments may be made throughout the custom process as desired.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of custom work. Custom jewelry cannot be picked up before final payment is received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are accepted on in-store purchases only and with appropriate identification.
