Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and insurance.
All returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original receipt and box or pouch.
There is a one-year expiration date on gallery credit.
Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
Custom jewelry or special orders cannot be exchanged or returned for gallery credit.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICIES
Insurance is included for all items shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express with a signature required.
Customer is responsible for insurance of items shipped via any other shipping method requested by customer and shipping is at their own risk.
CUSTOM ORDERS
After initial consultation a deposit is required to start production of custom piece.
Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
Payments may be made throughout the custom process as desired.
Final payment is due upon completion of custom work. Custom jewelry cannot be picked up before final payment is received.
